How we label jobs
Every job on Pay Equity Jobs shows its pay. Each one also carries a label that says where it came from and what we checked. No label means we vouch for an employer, a job or its pay.
Sourced
Listed from the company's public job board on Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby, with a link to the original posting. We show the title, location and pay range from that posting. Pay Equity Jobs isn't affiliated with the company.
Employer? Ask to remove your listings.
Not checked: whether the job pays what it says, or anything about the company beyond its public job board.
Live job
Shown with a date on a sourced job's page: the job was on the company's public job board when we fetched it that day. We fetch every board each night and rebuild the list from scratch, leaving out any board we couldn't reach, so a job taken off its board leaves Pay Equity Jobs with the next update.
Not checked: whether the job is still open after the date shown.
Posted by employer
The employer posted the job on Pay Equity Jobs themselves, signed in with an email address at the domain shown, such as @acme.com. The domain is the part we checked: they could receive email there.
Not checked: the company name, which is as the employer typed it, or whether the person who posted the job may hire for that company.
