Pay Equity Jobs lists only jobs that show their pay, for job seekers who choose employers that are open about it.
Free listings
If your jobs are on Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby and your postings include a pay range, we can list them for free. The site reads your public job board every night, so new jobs appear the next day and closed ones drop off. To add your board, send us a link to it.
Your listings here
Most jobs on the site come from employers' public job boards: we show only the title, location, pay and posting date, and link to the original posting, where people apply. We aren't affiliated with the employers listed. To have your listings removed, ask us from your company's email domain; we remove them within two business days and don't add them back.
Post a job: $49 for 30 days
Post a job with its pay range directly, linking to it on your company's website or its Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby job board. We review each job before it goes live, then list it for 30 days from approval, labeled as posted by you, on the jobs list, its area pages and in matching alert emails. Sign in with your work email to post.
Featured job: $99 for 30 days
Pin one of your listed jobs to the top of the jobs list and its area pages, and first in matching weekly alert emails, labeled “Featured”. The job must already be listed here. At checkout, give the job's link; it's featured within one business day.
Sponsorship: $100 a month
One line about your company, labeled “Sponsored”, on every state pay rights page and in every weekly alert email. Cancel any time; the line runs to the end of the paid month. We agree the wording with you before it goes live, and keep it factual.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Paid placements are always labeled, and they don't change which jobs are listed or what the rights pages say. Questions: contact us.
